Updated Helm Featuring Total Command

The 419 helm is updated with 2009 styling and next-generation control in the form of Total Command. A significant evolution from Meridian's original Docking on Command system, Total Command incorporates control of the fore and aft thrusters, along with the engines and transmissions, into a single joystick control.
